Common questions before the demo

Usually 15 minutes. If you want to dive into access-control or intercom specifics, block 30.
No. You'll leave with a preliminary estimate for your site, what install may look like, and whether your gate appears compatible. Final quote and scope are confirmed after site review.

Often, yes — many existing security cameras are mounted wide for overview, not tight plate capture. The right camera and mounting path depends on your state's plate laws, capture distance, power, and conduit.

Two-plate states (CA, NY, TX, and ~30 others) are simpler: a single forward-facing camera reads the front plate as the vehicle approaches the gate.

Rear-plate-only states (FL, TN, GA, PA, AZ, and ~17 others) need the camera positioned to see the rear plate before the gate opens. If trenching is not practical, we design around an existing power point, a wireless bridge, or a solar PoE cabinet.

We quote the right camera and mount for your site as part of the package scope. Camera hardware, mounting, conduit, wireless bridge, and solar power vary by site and are confirmed before purchase.

Read the camera installation guide before the demo if you want to pre-check your site.

Shipping, remote setup, and on-site installation support are quoted by site and scope. Many straightforward sites can be completed quickly by a qualified low-voltage or gate technician; timing varies by conduit, camera mount, power, and relay wiring.
